Part Time Job
Busy Voice Over Management Company seeks Part-time Office/Personal Assistant for 2-3 hours a day during afternoon hours (3:30 pm to 5:30 pm), Monday through Friday.
Position includes the following:
Answering phones in a polite, upbeat, and professional manner.
Completing documents with accurate spelling and grammar.
Filing documents with the existing filing system.
Managing office calendars.
Conducting research on various fronts.
Entering auditions.
Ordering items as needed from office supplies to client gifts.
The ideal candidate must be well organized and must possess the following skills:
Previous office experience.
Knowledge of upcoming movie and television releases a plus.
Computer literacy including: Microsoft Office: Word/Excel
Keen attention to detail.
Must be dependable, punctual, and loyal.
Must be discreet, have excellent instincts and integrity.
Should be knowledgeable of the greater Los Angeles area. Candidate will make reservations for lunches and dinners. Candidate will be responsible for purchasing client gifts from existing businesses as well as new and hip businesses.
Candidate should be a focused and self-motivated individual who is able to proceed with little direction after learning job.
