A leading talent and literary management company is seeking an Office Manager. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and tech savvy. Human Resources experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Managing office operations
- Bills/Invoices - turns in invoices/bills that are due
Reception duties
Human Resources duties
- HR - Onboarding with health insurance signup
Accounting and payroll assistance
- Payroll Time Sheets
- Checks - sort, log, scan and label
Stocking office supplies and the kitchens
This is an in-office position. Must be able to start immediately.
