Recording Studio & Music Productions Company,
The Office Manager will oversee the overall operations of the office for the studio and provide administrative and HR support, handling a wide range of executive related tasks, including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations and efficiency of the office,
- Provide key executive administrative team support, anticipate needs, follow-through on all details and handle confidential situations,
- Communicate, manage, and resolve critical issues and risks,
- Participate in weekly meetings and assist in developing the agenda,
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, building management & clients,
- Manage office Orders for the studio,
- Work to establish a monthly budget, develop proposal, make recommendations & oversee execution. Improve cost control,
- Manage events for Studio including sessions, meetings & all staff team building events,
- Manage office floor, ensure accuracy of allocation charges with accounting emphasis,
- Enforce all back-office processes and policies. Enforce very high standard,
- Create & manage setup for all new employees. Oversee and manage all aspects of employee moves with day to day human resources emphasis,
- Calendar management, including scheduling of appointments across multiple time zones, video conferences,
- Screen incoming calls and greet guests,
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years' experience required (music industry preferred),
- Bachelor's Degree preferred,
- Required knowledge of Office Programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc),
- High Computer skills with G suite knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task and meet pressure deadlines,
- Flexibility with hours,
- Knowledge and interest in music (recording and mixing gear preferred),
- Highly Organized, very neat, great people management skills,
- Fast learner,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
