New York City Talent Agency seeking a full-time office manager to handle the following responsibilities with a smile:
• Day-to-day computer troubleshooting for staff of 37. Work with techs from IT consulting company for major problems/projects.
• Order and monitor all supplies for office and maintain all office equipment (phone system, printers, faxes, copiers, scanners, shredders, headsets, A/C units, furniture, lighting, etc.).
• Act as Human Resources liaison and correspond daily with LA office.
• Maintain office bank accounts, petty cash and checkbooks. This includes checking and coding all incoming office bills.
• Hire, correspond with and negotiate with office vendors.
• Recruit, interview and supervise receptionists.
• Establish excellent relationships with building staff and vendors ensuring all problems are dealt with swiftly and properly.
• Other special projects as assigned.
In addition to having experience in all of the above areas, candidate must possess a good sense of humor, a lot of patience and be willing and able to deal with a very busy talent agency.
