Part-Time Office Assistant
Looking For Applicants In The Great Barrington, Ma Area. Ideal For High School Or College Student.
Entrepreneur and lawyer in the entertainment business is looking for a part-time office assistant.
The owner of the firm is involved in many ventures, many involve well known personalities and celebrities, some who are active on social media. Additionally, the owner of the business has some rental properties. The primary aspect of this job is to assist his executive assistant with organizing his databases, drafting and filing documents (both physical and digital), organizing his storage unit, maintaining the cleanliness of his office, organizing gifts and supplies, and other administrative work.

The ideal applicant will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be cool under pressure, be detail-oriented, be organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have great presentation skills, and have the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. We are looking for an individual who maybe interested in eventually going to law school or moving up the ladder in entertainment-related industries. This position is a great educational opportunity as well. This type of exposure is key to anyone pursuing a career in entertainment and/or law.
Our business is working primarily in-person (our office located in Great Barrington, MA): however, we also work remotely from time to time. Details will be provided in the preliminary phone interview. We are looking for someone who can start soon. Thank you.
