A Beverly Hills Talent Agency seeking an office assistant to start immediately. We are looking for a motivated, focused and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
Responsibility include: phone coverage, edit actor reels and self-tapes, filing, work with casting website, manage all incoming deliveries, compile and organize weekly appointments. Print and deliver paperwork for daily meetings, submit clients for roles through online databases. Going on runs and serving as backup support to agent assistants.
Candidate must be: detail-oriented, poses a high level of initiative, strong computer skills, excellent communication, organized, able to multi-task, professional phone manner, good people skills, and able to prioritize.
Bachelor's Degree and one year previous office and entertainment industry experience a must.
Office hours: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
