Essential Functions:
Manage digital accounts, post and update content on social media sites, newsletters, and website maintenance.
Assist with marketing promotions, work events, and maintain vendor relationships.
Responsible for general office administration duties
May assist management in researching different artists, different media outlets, and assist with tour pitching, making travel arrangements, management of interns.
Working directly with the artist and their team to create creative content for online properties.
Creating comprehensive reports for clients on a regular basis.
Create content for all platforms on a weekly basis
Manage social media calendar
Manage website updates
Answer social media comments and inquiries
Comfortable with brainstorming creative and fun social media/marketing strategies
Able to juggle multiple projects
Report directly to CEO
Qualifications:
Part-time availability
Must be social media savvy (Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Decent graphic design/video editing skills (Photoshop & Illustrator)
Understanding of analytics & social media/marketing strategies
Highly organized and a self-starter
Ability to work remotely and come into the office & studio
Great copywriting skills
Years of related work experience: 1-2
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience writing copy
Proficient in MS Office and various social media platforms
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organization and time management skills
Knowledge of music industry preferred
Have initiative. We want somebody who is going to take this job, and then take it to the next level. We don't expect you to be in this position forever.
