LOOKING FOR PEOPLE INTERESTED IN WORKING IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant in the music industry to support day-to-day campaign execution, social media, and internal projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who's organized, creative, and wants to grow in music or agency marketing.
You'll assist with content coordination, social scheduling, ad support, and campaign tracking. The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial nature, a self-starter mentality, a deep knowledge of social media trends/influencers, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in creating, scheduling and publishing social content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Generate analytics reports on a regular basis directly from social media platforms and Google analytics.
• Support paid ad setup and basic monitoring and asset creation/organization (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Conduct and compile research as needed.
• Format and edit reels or short-form video as needed
• Assist the team as needed
Must be available in-person at least 3 days a week (at our space in LA) for content capture, meetings, or events.
Who You Are
• Based in Los Angeles and available for in-person workdays
• Strong communicator with attention to detail
• Organized, efficient, and good at following through
• Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital ad platforms (you don't need to be an expert-we'll train you)
• Hungry to learn more about digital strategy, music marketing, and agency life
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Drive, and Asana, etc.
• Basic video editing (CapCut, Opus Clips, or similar)
Nice to Have (but not required)
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
• Email marketing experience (Flodesk, Mailchimp, Brevo)
• Experience handling influencer campaigns.
