Music management firm focused on developing artists, songwriters, and producers. Currently looking for a full-time assistant to work with both artists and managers on day to day needs.
Applicant must have either previous assistant experience or experience in the music industry. This position is not related to the film industry.
Ideal applicant graduated college in the last few years, is extremely organized, flexible, and has a positive attitude. Applicant must have a passion for music and the industry. Pending applicants performance, we hope to eventually evolve this role into a day to day position strictly on the artist side. Office is located in west Los Angeles and applicant will have the option to work remote multiple days each month.

Please explain to us why you're the right fit for this job. This is not a typical office assistant job as it is a hybrid of many positions. The majority of the work will be focused on assisting the management team on both an assistant and management level. Applicant will also occasionally wear multiple hats and balance an array of tasks including managing the artists studio house, assisting the artist in regular daily needs, and scheduling the studio's sessions.
Tasks:
Assist management team in day to day needs
Assist artist in daily needs including scheduling, day to day needs, and managing artist's studio house
Help coordinate artist sessions and touring schedule
Assist in marketing, scheduling, and general release plans
Deliver assets to labels, PR teams, lawyers, business managers, and agents as needed
Book team travel as needed and create itineraries
Create weekly release reports
Work with creative teams & managers to develop assets for artists (press photos, promotion videos, artwork)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Passion for artist management with awareness of industry structure
Well versed in all social media platforms
Well versed in all major DSP's
Basic photoshop, all google doc platforms, invoicing, etc.
