Music Clearance

This is a Full Time Job

Music based reality TV show seeks candidates for a Music Clearance position.

Duties include but are not limited to:
*High volume, fast-paced master & synch clearance, including heavy song ownership research
*Help monitor tapings and rehearsals virtually for music related issues (lyrics, clearance status, etc.)
*Assist with collection, organization and distribution of music assets
*Assist with cue sheets, cost estimates and various other tracking grids
*Assist with proofing and processing music licenses

Qualifications:
*Some direct experience in music clearance required (experience with music licensing is a plus)
*Comfortable working remotely (occasional onsite work may be required, so ideal candidates will be LA based)
*Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Docs & Google Sheets
*Highly organized and detail-oriented
*Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
*Availability to work nights and weekends certain times of year
*Good knowledge of music
