Seeking an experienced Model Manager with a passion for fashion and the vision to identify tomorrow's industry leaders.
As a key member of the agency, you will work closely with ownership and play an integral role in scouting, development, bookings, client strategy, and agency growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong industry relationships with exceptional organizational skills and understands both the business and human side of representation. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Scout, develop, and strategically place emerging talent in domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, casting directors, photographers, stylists, producers, creatives, and other key industry decision-makers.
• Secure and negotiate bookings, rates, contracts, rates, and opportunities that align with both models' goals and agency objectives.
• Guide long-term career development and branding strategy.
• Coordinate castings, shoots, travel, fittings, and day-to-day talent management.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging designers, and market demands, to identify new opportunities and provide strategic advice to both models and the agency.
• Maintain accurate records, communications, and workflow through agency systems.
• Collaborate with ownership on talent development, client strategy, and agency growth initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years of experience in model management, talent representation, casting, or a related fashion-industry role.
• Established industry contacts and proven ability to forge new partnerships.
• Experience with agency software / booking systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Salary/Benefits
$60,000.00
- 100,000.00
per year
