Model Booking Assistant

This is a Part Time Job

• IN OFFICE - 100% in person.

WE ARE SEEKING a model and talent booking assistant for an established modeling agency based in the San Fernando Valley. We looking to grow our roster and add new talent for print and commercials and instagram influencer placements.
PLEASE NOTE: this position requires working in an office on a computer - this is NOT REMOTE.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication
Ability to take the lead - set up meetings, castings, and problem solve
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work Monday - Friday.
Individuals must be organized and have excellent interpersonal/effective written & verbal communication.
Sensitivity toward topics such as body image, disabilities, gender, etc
Adaptable, self-motivated, good at prioritizing, and solution/results-driven - excited to make things happen.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client outreach
Submit talent to projects via online platforms
Direct client communications and client outreach
Build model portfolios in our platform
Weekly check-ins- be willing to show what you bring to the table in terms of client development and outreach
Attend events
You must be able to get on the phone and speak to client - if you are not used to taking actual calls this may not be the best position for you. This position requires a lot of social engagement and conversations. This position requires client outreach and existing client customer service which includes booking appointments and scheduling castings for brands in the LA area.

REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma and customer service experience. Prefer to find someone who has experience with managing schedules including any booking experience ; or any combination of experience and training which would provide the level of knowledge, skills, and ability required.

SALARY:
Base salary (based on experience) Starting rate 18.00 per hour

SCHEDULE:Flexible - Afternoons from 12:00 noon on preferred.
