WE ARE SEEKING a JR PRINT AGENT for an established agency based in Los Angeles. Looking for a JR Print Agent with a passion for the model/print industry who wants to excel and be a full time booker.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for negotiating with clients and directing talent.
• Organization: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the print, commercial, modeling, or advertising landscape.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with agency software (like Casting Networks or portfolios platforms) and office suites.
• Previous Experience: At least two years at a model agency.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Client Management: Assist in managing a roster of print models, actors, or commercial talent.
• Client Outreach: Finding and submitting to new clients.
• Booking & Scheduling: Coordinate auditions, go-sees, photo shoots, and travel logistics.
• Administrative Support: Handle contracts, invoicing, vouchers, and database management.
• Talent Scouting: Help review headshots, digital portfolios, and attend open calls to find new faces.
• Sensitivity toward topics such as body image, disabilities, gender, etc.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, good at prioritizing, and solution/results-driven.
• Build model books.
• Attend events.

REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in the entertainment industry as it relates to models and talent including previous booking agent experience.

SALARY:
