Mid-Level Associate Attorney

This is a Full Time Job

The ideal candidate would have 2-5 years of experience representing talent across film, television and new media at an entertainment law firm. However, we also welcome candidates with a background in legal/business affairs who have relevant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating above-the-line agreements on scripted productions. We also encourage applications from transactional attorneys with experience at a top-tier law firm with a demonstrated passion for the entertainment industry and a willingness to work hard and learn quickly. This is a long-term position with the opportunity to grow and advance at our firm.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
2-5 years of experience as outlined above.
Current admission to the California or New York bar.
Motivated and hard-working, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters simultaneously.
Excellent drafting and analytic skills.
Organized, with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and industry professionals.
A genuine interest in representing creative talent in the entertainment industry.
