Merchandise Manager for Metal Band

This is a Part Time Job

A part-time Merchandise Manager to oversee all aspects of merchandise operations on and off tour. This is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys both creative and logistical work.

Responsibilities include:

Off Tour (Primary Role)
• Managing the band's webstore operations
• Coordinating with band management, merch designers, suppliers, printers, and fulfillment partners
• Maintaining organized stock levels and storage
• Assisting with new merch drops and creative planning

On Tour (When Applicable)
• Overseeing merch stock and sales at domestic and international shows (theatre to arena sized venues, as well as festivals)
• Handling nightly settlements, reporting, and cash/card sales
• Managing venue cuts and tracking revenue
• Keeping the display organized and on-brand
• Coordinating with band management, suppliers, printers, and venue teams
• Assisting with transport and storage of touring merch

Requirements:
• LA-based with a vehicle for occasional in-person work
• Strong organizational and inventory-management skills
• Ability to lift boxes and handle physical stock when needed
• Good understanding of spreadsheets and reporting
• Experience with merch, e-commerce, Amazon FBA, or touring is a plus
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-focused
