As Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will report to the Manager, Creative Operations, Global Marketing Creative. You will be responsible for supporting a variety of initiatives across Creative Operations and Player Community.. From collecting and validating data for key reports, to helping to implement new processes and tools, you will be an active contributor to building and maintaining a high functioning creative team.
Responsibilities:
Support internal processes; help to refine and implement work streams across teams and channels to increase efficiency and enable communication.
Manage community web portal and global contact list
Participate and support Operations projects and workstreams to increase operational effectiveness and creative/production processes.
Facilitate and support internal events (townhalls, feedback sessions etc)
Create and organize central documentation.
Streamline creative output by providing input on processes, regarding task, time, and file management, approval protocol, and quality control.
Cultivate relationships with internal and external team members
Support as needed for Senior Management within the department.
Provide first level support and track requests for Operations services and software platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
1-2+ years of coordinator and/or project management experience in a creative or marketing environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail
The ability to objectively assess process, implement based on direction and goals, and recommend improvements
A love of tackling tough problems and flexibility in the midst of change

$30.00 - 40.00 per hour
