This is a Part Time Job
Strategic marketing and partnership firm based in Los Angeles seeking a part-time assistant to the principal for their growing team.
We are a small company with major clients across tech, media, and entertainment. Some of our clients include The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, The Hollywood Reporter, Delta, XPrize, Sony Music Latin and more.
The ideal candidate is someone who is excited, dynamic, eager to learn, and interested in future growth within a company whose clientele allows us to play in interesting and varying worlds. We are looking for someone who is thoughtful and purposeful in their work, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and completes tasks carefully and thoroughly. We value creativity, someone who isn't timid about sharing their ideas and perspective on projects, and someone who takes those ideas and runs with them.
Candidate should be professional, personable and comfortable taking calls, setting up meetings, and managing calendars.
Job Duties:
-Administrative tasks
-Scheduling & calendar maintenance
-Client & partner work
-Outreach
-Meeting coordination
-Creative brainstorming
-Project management
-Light personal assistant work
Additional Skills:
-Tech savvy and proficient using a Mac, Microsoft Office, iCal, Mac Mail/Gmail, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, Contacts, etc.
-Knowledge of productivity tools and apps
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
-Marketing background and 1-2 years experience a plus
