Prominent television production company is currently seeking a Manager, Office Administration. This position will handle all administrative functions of the company. Reporting directly to the SVP, Business & Legal Affairs, the Manager, Office Administration will be responsible for processing corporate payroll, HR administration-related activities and compliance (including but not limited to onboarding, benefits administration and tracking), and operations in support of the company's strategic vision. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, analytical, and time management skills. The ability to push forward on core responsibilities while being flexible to the needs of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization is critical. This position will be based in West L.A.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Process corporate payroll
Employee on-boarding
Benefits administration and tracking
Company policies administration
Keeping leadership apprised of and updated on the foregoing
Communication and dissemination of information across various departments and levels
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Administrative experience
Attention to detail
Sensitivity to confidential and proprietary company information
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Additional Qualifications:
Self-starter, motivated, problem-solver
Proficiency in Excel, Google (e.g., Drive) and similar Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge in working with various systems including integrations among various systems
Flexibility and adaptability as new responsibilities are assigned
Studio, production company, or other entertainment company experience a plus
