Assistant for Talent Manager/ Producer

This is a Full Time Job

Talent Manager/Producer is seeking a full time assistant to join our growing team. - The salary to start is $900-$1,300 a week, plus overtime as needed, health insurance , lunch once a week, and 3 week's vacation pay per year. There is lots of room for growth within our company. We are a busy representation and production company, with high-profile clients.

The ideal candidate qualities: - Currently living in Los Angeles. Be Vaccinated
Willing to work in person at our office.Great under pressure. Have meticulous attention detail, should be able to track and do multiple things simultaneously. Be organized and have extraordinary follow through. Be nice, friendly, and work well with others.

Responsibilities include: - Handling scheduling, and tracking of meetings, pitches, submissions and appointments.
• Tracking upcoming projects at studios/networks/film festivals.
• Helping with emails and phones.
