Boutique literary and talent management company seeks extremely detailed, highly organized and adaptable, stellar assistant for LA office. Position will support two busy managers and general office. Must have a minimum of 1 year of full time experience as an assistant to a film or television agent/manager/producer/executive (not including internship positions).
This position requires heavy scheduling (multiple time zones) and tracking, managing multiple phone lines and phone sheets, and constant follow up and follow through. The expectation is that candidates will already have a strong background excelling at these tasks. This is not an entry-level position. Other basic tasks include drafting submissions, script coverage, keeping contacts up to date, filing and organizing, general office maintenance, etc.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, and dependable; has a great memory, professional presentation, strong oral and written communication skills and a genuine interest in artist representation.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook + Office, internet research; be PC literate.
