As a Line Producer for our digital media project, you will oversee the logistical and financial aspects of production, ensuring that all elements are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with creative teams, directors, and other production staff to bring our social media content to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget Management:
Develop, manage, and monitor the production budget.
Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining quality standards.
Track expenses and prepare regular financial reports.

Scheduling:
Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Coordinate with various departments to align schedules and resources.

Resource Allocation and Team Management:
Hire and manage crew members, ensuring the team is equipped for successful production.
Handle crew contracts and manage payroll.

Logistics Coordination:
Organize and manage all aspects of production logistics, including securing shoot locations and obtaining necessary film permits.
Oversee equipment rentals and transportation arrangements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Physical Production Oversight:
Manage the entire physical production process, from pre-production through production.
Secure and negotiate contracts with vendors, freelancers, and other third-party partners.

Team Leadership:
Lead production meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Resolve any production-related issues that arise, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and budgets.
