This is a Full Time Job
Approximate Duties:
-Answer phones and check voicemail, schedule calls and meetings and maintain phone logs.
-Create, format and edit correspondence and other written materials including agreements, letters, memos, cover sheets, and other legal documents.
-Redline and version comparison of agreements.
-Operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, and scanners.
-Order office and kitchen supplies, office lunches and provide other various office/personal assistant-type services.
-Miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects and other duties, as requested.
Skills/Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree preferred.
-Strong project management, time management, and long-term planning skills.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, strategic thinking, and reasoning skills.
Schedule: M-F; 9am - 6pm
