Looking for a professional and proactive candidate to provide organizational and administrative support to partners in fast-paced entertainment law firm in Beverly Hills.
The position requires strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, internet savvy); attention to detail and accuracy; good follow up skills; ability to manage heavy administrative work: phones, correspondence, scheduling & filing, expense reports, invoice processing & tracking; excellent oral and written communication skills; superb organizational and time management skills
This position requires discretion and integrity. Knowledge of the television/entertainment industry is a plus. We need someone who is a self-starter: someone who can multi-task, can prioritize and has a professional and personalized phone manner. Candidate must be able to take ownership for tasks and work well with others as well as independently to achieve goals. Advanced computer, organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) are required. Agency experience would be a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
Experience/Education:
2-4 years administrative and organizational support for busy executive
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Education: B.A., B.S., or equivalent preferred
