We are looking for someone who has 2 or more year's experience within the entertainment industry.
Qualifications
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and effectively under tight deadlines
• Positive attitude, highly organized, and ability to work well under pressure and with people
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency Google Suite, in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ethical with the ability to keep confidential information
• Familiarity with Audacity, editing & recording audio is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
Responsibilities
• Answer talent emails/Marketing advice to talent (including, but not limited to: VO equipment and set-up, selecting pictures, advice on intensives, helping with reels)
• Read and understand casting breakdowns
• Contact with executives, production companies, and key players across the entertainment industry
• Rolling calls, generating, and scheduling auditions
• Sending audition submissions via email, Drop Box, Breakdowns and/or Casting Networks
• Tracking incoming/outgoing materials (Auditions, Call backs, bookings etc)
• Other special projects as needed
