This is a Part Time Job
Solo practitioner looking for part-time/freelance entertainment lawyer for production and distribution work in film and television. Of particular importance is contract drafting, revisions and proofing. Knowledge of basic deal parameters within the industry is important. There may be some intellectual property work (e.g., copyright and trademark assessment and filing). Remote work is fine but know that occasional ''in person'' time is valued, too!
