This is a Freelance Job
Attorney seeks experienced paralegal or lawyer to review and draft production, distribution and broadcast/streaming license agreements. Work can be done remotely; however, consultation (in-person or video conference) is important. The ability to structure deals (and/or suggest revisions to deal points) is appreciated as well as drafting/proofing skills and the ability to use standard computer programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
