Law Clerk

This is a Part Time Job

We are currently seeking a part-time law clerk, with the possibility that the role may grow into a full-time associate position.

Duties include reviewing and drafting agreements for film and television; conducting guild and other legal research; and interfacing with clients, agencies, management companies, and other law firms. Excellent judgment and attention to detail are required, and previous experience with production legal, talent deals, and film finance is preferred. We hold in-person workdays with our full team about once a month, but otherwise the position is largely remote. A J.D. from an accredited law school and active California bar membership (in good standing) are required.
