Growing entertainment boutique firm seeks a lateral attorney with a prior law firm experience. Seeking an attorney with specific financing experience, entertainment preferred, with the ability to handle clients and manage projects directly and support the partners of the firm.
We are open to applicants that want to work virtually so long as they are licensed to practice in California or New York. Room for growth and promotion based on performance.
Seeking an associate with the following qualifications:
* 2 years of in-house or law firm experience in financing transactions. Law firm experience preferred.
* Member of California and/or New York bar.
* Proficient in drafting transactional documents, able to review and analyze business terms for film/television loan and related transactions, detail oriented, able to project manage, excel in communicating with clients and team members.
