Junior Talent Manager
Location: Burbank, CA (Remote with In-Person Requirements) Must be based in the Los Angeles area and available for full-time work, with flexibility to attend in-person meetings and industry events as needed.
Type: Full-Time (Applicants pursuing careers as actors, writers, or directors are not a fit for this position. This opportunity is best suited for candidates interested in the business and production side of the industry.)

The Opportunity
Seeking a Junior Talent Manager for a full-time, hands-on role with meaningful growth potential. This position works directly with the Founder on client strategy, pitching, and relationship-building, while also gaining exposure to development and production.
This is not a purely administrative position. The role requires active participation in managing and building careers, along with a strong commitment to the day-to-day demands of talent management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and support a roster of emerging and established talent, including youth clients
Manage day-to-day client needs and contribute to long-term career strategy
Submit clients on major breakdown platforms (Breakdown Services, Casting Networks, Casting Frontier)
Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, agents, producers, and buyers
Create pitch materials, outreach emails, and submission packages
Advise clients on branding, positioning, and business decisions
Track industry trends and identify opportunities for client placement
Collaborate on development and production initiatives
Attend industry events, showcases, and meetings to support clients and build relationships
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience at a talent agency or management company (required)
Demonstrated experience representing youth talent, with an understanding of developing younger clients
Strong understanding of the film/TV casting ecosystem and submission platforms
Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate professionally
Familiarity with SAG-AFTRA and union contracts
Working knowledge of child labor laws and work permits (CA and/or NY preferred)
Proficiency with Social Media and Film Production and Website Development
Comfortable navigating casting platforms, digital workflows, and emerging tools used in talent management
Must be based in the Los Angeles area and available for full-time work, with flexibility to attend in-person meetings and industry events as needed
Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive
