Junior Entertainment Publicist — Partner Track
Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Base Salary + Revenue Share + Partnership Potential
We’re not just hiring a publicist. We’re looking for a future business partner.
We’re expanding into public relations and looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial junior publicist to help build and eventually lead this new division.
This isn’t a traditional PR position. It’s an opportunity to build a business within an established company, leveraging existing entertainment industry relationships, clients, resources, and infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute publicity campaigns for comedians, entertainers, and entertainment brands.
* Secure media coverage, interviews, podcast appearances, and press opportunities.
* Build relationships with journalists, producers, and entertainment media.
* Help develop PR packages, pricing, and client acquisition strategies.
* Eventually recruit, manage, and lead a growing publicity team.
Who We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years of PR, publicity, or media relations experience.
* Proven ability to secure earned media placements.
* Existing entertainment, podcast, or media relationships.
* Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and ambition.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build something long-term, not simply collect a paycheck.
Compensation & Growth
* Base salary: $40,000–$50,000, depending on experience.
* Revenue-sharing opportunities tied to division growth.
* Additional incentives for business development.
* Clear opportunity to grow into division leadership.
* Potential profit participation and equity partnership based on performance.
Why This Opportunity?
Ever considered starting your own PR agency but lacked the clients, infrastructure, or financial runway?
Here’s your opportunity to build one without starting from scratch.
We’re seeking someone who sees themselves running a successful publicity business in five years—not just working another PR job.
To Apply: Send your résumé, examples of earned media placements, and a brief explanation of why building a publicity division appeals to you.
Include your favorite comedian in the opening line so we know you’ve read the entire posting.
