We are currently in search of a full time junior day to day artist manager for a female group based in Miami.

- Regular Tasks for This Role:
* Working closely with the clients full team to ensure the smooth completion of micro and macro goals
* Reporting to the Day to Day in addition to upper management
* Heavy calendar coordination and scheduling throughout all business streams
* Being a calendar gatekeeper and general deputy of time, fielding internal and external scheduling requests and providing recommendations that are aligned with executives' and teams' priorities.
* Booking travel, transportation and accommodations
* Communicating consistently, clearly and frequently with client as well as other members of the management team
* Handling highly confidential and/or sensitive matters with discretion and tact.
* Assisting client and the team with completing and delivering promotional requests
* Acting as one of the key management representatives for client on location when managing director isn't present, including promotional activities, photo shoots, tv shoots and events.
* Liaising with clients stylist and glam team on all styling and glam requirements for shows, promo and events
* Knowing how to prioritize and multitask against multiple projects and deadlines while having a strong attention to detail and care for the quality of execution
- Skills/Experience/Education
* Previous experience working within the music business
* Experience traveling domestically and internationally
* Strong Critical Thinking
* Adaptable in a variety of situations
* Ability to read a room
* Spanish Fluency
