Junior Day to Day Music Manager

This is a Full Time Job

We are a staffing agency looking for a Jr Day to Day Manager for our client a top music company. Candidates must be local to the Los Angeles area. Must have Music experience. This is an in-person job it is not a remote position.

Duties included but not limited to:

-Assist Manager with the Administrative duties related to the management of artists
-Help with execution of marketing strategies and timelines
-Assist with Manager with the day-to-day marketing, digital engagement, and strategies for artists
-Interact with artists, managers, labels, publicists and other business partners
-Assist with artist communications with consumers and fans across social media and websites, including content strategy, creating social media copy
-Review and understand music, technology, and cultural trends
-Special projects and other duties as needed

Skills and Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree preferred
-Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Jr Day to Day Manager (Music background is REQUIRED)
-Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
-Excellent computer Skills
-Tech savvy with knowledge of Social Media platforms and latest trends
-Detail oriented
-Able to multitask and excellent time management skills
-Project Management skills
-Passionate about the music industry

Salary: Up to $65K DOE + Excellent Benefits
