Job Description:
As a Junior Agent, you will be an integral part of our agency, supporting senior agents in talent management and agency operations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with models, clients, and various industry professionals to ensure the success and growth of our talent roster.
Responsibilities:
• Assist senior agents in scouting, recruiting, and managing models' careers.
• Coordinate and organize model bookings, auditions, and go-sees.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, photographers, casting directors, and other industry contacts.
• Handle administrative tasks, including contracts, scheduling, and maintaining databases.
• Support models during shoots, shows, and other professional engagements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging talent.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years talent management, modeling agency, or entertainment industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the fashion and entertainment industry.
Salary Range:
$60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
