Global full service management company is looking for Los Angeles based Full Time Literary Manager and A Jr Manager to support the Theatrical Dept in LA offices..
1)Literary Manager Should be able to manage, develop ,and maintain writers, develop, prepare and assist ''Pitch projects'' on behalf of client and company. Establish and foster relationships within the producing and writing world, Staff writers to writers room. Ability to oversee projects from conception to fruition, Able to utilize and cultivate Production/Digital Streaming relations. Assist clients in preparing pitch packages, and pitch meeting support. Ok with bringing an existing client over. We run a unified roster.
2)Additionally, We are looking for a Jr. Manager for our Theatrical Department. This Jr. Manager will liaison with Both East and West coast offices and client roster.
We are looking for someone who has at least 3+ Years experience in either a Talent agency or Management firm.
Must know how to use and be familiar with Submitting Platforms Breakdown Services, Casting Network, Casting Frontier and cast it. Responsibilities: Great attention to details and writing skills, willing to travel if position called for it. Our candidates must be fully vaccinated, have their own mode of transportation. must have worked with both mid to high-level management prior, good relations with casting directors and talent agencies. Good time management skills and have thick skin.
Compensation: Competitive Commission splits, Bonus
This Job requires you to be able to come into the office 1-2 times a week for admin and meetings.
The rest of the time this job can work remotely. Must be able to commit to a 1.5 year contract. This is M-F
