We are looking for an energetic, focused, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our Team.
Someone who is a team player and is able to take initiative on tasks as well as anticipate the needs of the Managing Partner.
Responsibilities include:
Managing heavy phone/email communication, internet research, social media posts, and extensive work with casting websites. Calling clients for audition confirmations and prepping submissions; while learning about the entertainment industry and interacting with top-level industry professionals.
Previous office and administrative experience, as well as a passion for working in the entertainment industry, is necessary.
Must be extremely detailed, organized and possess a high level of initiative.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors is key.
Highly proficient in computer skills including Microsoft office, word and excel is a must.
Must have assistant experience in a Commercial Department or Casting.
Will work under the Managing Partner in hopes of being promoted in 6-12 months.
