Intern - to Screenwriter

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Prominent screenwriter with many credits looking for interns. If you're interested in writing for film or television, this is an excellent introduction to the industry! The writer has many projects in various stages of development, so there are many opportunities to learn about every facet of the industry.

Interns will have the opportunity to assist with development, sit in on producing and writing notes calls, and learn about the screenwriting process. Duties include script reading and coverage, research for upcoming film/tv projects, administrative tasks, and some in-person errands (writer and his family are all fully vaccinated).

Ideal candidates are interested in writing and/or producing, detail-oriented, great communicators, and independent with a no-task-is-too-small attitude.

The position is unpaid and must be for school credit. Looking for someone to start ASAP and continue until December. This internship will be partially remote and partially in-person (in Sebastopol). 10-15 hours/week.
