Intern - to Exec Producer

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: June 1 - Sept. 30th
Internship Duration: 4 months
Time/Days Required: Minimum 2-3 days/week or minimum 16-20 hours/week.
Workplace Requirements: In-Office

Looking for Assistant to Executive Producer

This is your opportunity to learn about event planning and develop real-world experience in all aspects of executing high-end events and projects. Ideal assistant is someone who efficient, excellent people skills, enjoys a challenge, and is willing to pitch in where needed, can multitask, and willing to learn all aspects of operations in a production company. Enrollment in an accredited university or college is not required.

Requirements & Skills:

- Must own a laptop
- Have reliable car transportation for daily errands
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Have an exceptional work ethic with the ability to both multitask and work independently
- Plus if one can edit (Premier), create simple gfx, use Photoshop
- Good with Social Media platforms
- Creative environment, hands on
- Be eager to dive in and help when they can
- Be able to take the initiative when needed
- Have a good attitude, time management skills, and a sense of professionalism.
- Work well in a team setting
- Be able to adapt while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
- Possess good communication skills and have proper phone and email etiquette
- Have a working knowledge of Gmail and Google Drive (Docs/Sheets/Slides/Forms). Adobe Premiere is a plus
