Intern Description:
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as an intern to the CEO at our entertainment company. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fields of celebrity talent booking, celebrity brand partnerships, and consulting. This is a woman-owned entertainment company.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with research and identification of potential clients to offer our company services; celebrity talent booking + Strategy, Celebrity Brand Partnerships, and entertainment consulting.
2. Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting emails, and organizing documents.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
4. Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance our services and offerings.
5. Maintain organized records and databases related to talent contacts, project details, and industry trends.
6. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry news, trends, and developments.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Excellent research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information efficiently.
3. A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual communication tools. Social Media, AI experience is a plus.
6. Currently enrolled in a college or university program, or recent graduate.
7. Availability to work remotely for a minimum of 15 hours per week with flexible hours.
