Available Position: Talent Management Intern (Remote Position)
We are a Beverly Hills-based talent management and production company deeply rooted in the entertainment industry, managing a diverse array of talent across various platforms. With a focus on nurturing talent and facilitating career growth, we are seeking a dynamic intern with a passion for talent management and a willingness to engage in occasional tasks related to our production endeavors, with the potential for future involvement in project development roles.
Your schedule would require you to start immediately for a 3-day-a-week commitment. The internship can run anywhere from 3 to 6 months in duration. This is a remote position, so you will not be required to come into an office. You must be based in the United States.
We're seeking individuals who are creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Talent Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of talent management, gaining valuable insight and hands-on experience in the entertainment industry.
Description:
The designated intern's duties would include (but are not limited to):
• Assisting with talent submissions and pitches
• Conducting research on industry trends, projects in development, and potential opportunities for clients
• Providing input on talent packages, promotional materials, and auditions
• Light administrative duties to support day-to-day operations
• Additional tasks as assigned, which may provide exposure to various aspects of production and enhance your skill set for potential advancement within the company
You will have involvement in multiple facets of talent management, working with a diverse range of clients across different genres and mediums. Candidates must have a genuine passion for storytelling and a keen interest in the entertainment industry as a whole.
Requirements:
• A strong interest in talent management and a desire to pursue a career in the entertainment industry
• Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player who enjoys collaboration
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• A critical thinker with a keen eye for talent and storytelling
• Basic computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to learn new software as needed
• A major plus: Familiarity with acting, the casting process, production, and/or script development
Strict requirements:
• Must be available 3 days a week for a minimum 3 - 6 month commitment.
• Must own a working laptop and cell phone.
• A genuine passion for cinema and television, with a deep appreciation for storytelling and the craft of acting
