Job Description:
I am seeking a diligent, passionate, and detail-oriented intern who is enthusiastic about the entertainment industry. As a talent management intern, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of talent management, gaining hands-on management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the initial screening and assessment of potential talent.
- Help manage and update talent portfolios and databases.
- Participate in client briefings and meetings.
- Conduct industry-specific research and compile reports.
- Engage in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and auditions.
- Provide administrative support to the talent agents.
- Assist in the coordination of schedules and communication with talent and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program related to business, communications, or a relevant field in the Arts.
- Ability to take directions and multitask.
- Experience with casting websites is a plus.
- Strong interest in talent management, entertainment, and media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong ability to learn new software and systems.
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
