Position starts training immediately. We are actively looking for a bright and capable STUDENT or RECENT GRADUATE to fill a part-time intern position 2 or 3 days full days (10am-6pm) per week. Internship is 3-4 months. Intern must come from a STRONG THEATER ADMIN BACKGROUND (NO PERFORMERS PLEASE) and will help managers support a roster of clients. We represent talent in the world of choreography, writing, directing, and acting for Broadway, film and television. The position involves responsibilities from daily errands to administrative duties, coordinating travel, appointment scheduling, filing, calendars and working with management for certain artist related needs (side-projects, personal errands and social media sites).
The ideal candidate must be professional, discreet, extremely resourceful, and well-organized. Prior industry/agency experience helpful, but not required. We desire somebody who can think two steps ahead and is able to juggle multiple priorities calmly, follow-up on details until a project is complete.
We are currently working from home all training will be done over Zoom.
Salary: Modest weekly stipend, School credit
