Summer Intern - Assistant to Talent Agent (For School Credit Only)
LOCATION: Los Angeles (Hybrid)
TYPE: Internship - School Credit Only
DATES: May 27th, 2025 - August 22nd, 2025 (min. 3 days per week)
Are you passionate about the entertainment industry and looking to gain real-world experience at the heart of talent representation? We are currently seeking multiple highly driven, personable, and detail-oriented interns to join the commercial division of our talent agency that is ranked within the Top 25 Agencies Worldwide.
This internship offers a valuable chance to work closely with agents and gain practical experience in talent submissions, industry operations, and project management in major entertainment markets like Los Angeles and New York City.
**Applicants currently pursuing or planning to pursue a career in acting are ineligible for this internship due to a conflict of interest with the nature of the position.
Compensation:
This is an unpaid internship for school credit only. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, and eligible to receive academic credit.

Schedule & Commitment:
• Approx. 3 days per week (or more upon request)
• Flexible morning or afternoon shifts

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing high-volume communications between talent, managers, and casting
• Coordinating and submitting talent for commercials, film, and print projects
• Scheduling meetings, sessions, and client appointments
• Tracking casting activity and maintaining internal submission logs
• Updating talent databases, rosters, and project records
• Researching upcoming projects and industry trends
• Drafting and responding to emails, creating internal documents
• Supporting special projects and providing general administrative assistance
• Scouting talent and attending in-person acting showcases

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Passionate about careers in entertainment: casting, talent management, or agenting
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Google Suite and Zoom
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Calm under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset
• Reliable transportation & professional demeanor required
• Must sign an NDA
Bonus Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required):
• Previous internship or experience at a casting office, talent agency, management company, or production company
• Familiarity with Casting Networks, Casting Frontier, or similar casting platforms
• Experience in a setting that requires multitasking and effectively managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
