Position starts training immediately, and ideally, we would like for someone to start immediately.

We are actively looking for a bright and capable RECENT GRADUATE or FREELANCER to fill a part-time intern position, 3-4 days per week from 11am to 6pm.

Internship is for 4-6 months minimum. Past interns who have demonstrated excellent work have gone on to full-time paid positions within the agency and/or fashion industry.

Interns will assist with administrative support as well as support a roster of clients. We scout (in person + online), develop and place domestic & international models (women and men) for high-end fashion, editorials, advertising, runway, and film + television.

The position involves responsibilities from daily errands to administrative duties, including:
• Updating/enhancing social media aesthetic
• Implementing innovative social media strategies
• Coordinating travel
• Day-to-day agency tasks
• Appointment scheduling
• Filing
• Calendars
• Working with management for certain artist-related needs (updating artist portfolios, updating talent databases, running errands, etc.).

Prior industry/agency experience is helpful, but not required. We desire somebody who can think two steps ahead and can juggle multiple priorities calmly, follow up on details via Task Management software until a project is complete, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently working from home; all training and work will be done remotely. Candidate must have a passport or be willing to travel internationally.

Salary: Potential international and domestic travel + valuable and hands-on industry training. School credit is possible.
