WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Assist in setting up and managing tech platforms and systems.
• Support social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Research music, pop culture, and up-and-coming artists across all genres.
• Contribute to branding, design, and creative campaigns.
• Help with community growth and member acquisition.
• Join virtual sessions with opportunities to meet music executives, artists, and industry leaders.
• Take on ad hoc duties as needed to support start-up operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• College student or recent graduate (Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or related fields).
• Strong passion for music, with knowledge of multiple genres and emerging talent.
• Highly tech-savvy and willing to learn new platforms quickly.
• Background in Computer Science or coding is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital trends is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Creative thinker who thrives in a start-up environment.
DETAILS:
• Remote position - work from anywhere, on your own schedule.
• Flexible hours, approx. 5-10 hours per week to start.
