NYC based record label, publishing, and catalog acquisition company seeking an eager intern. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on music industry experience.
Responsibilities:
•Answer phone calls, and communicate with front desk to greet guest.
• Coordinate meetings with executives
• Provide support to current A&R team
• Manage social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Music.ly
• Mange studio schedule with artist.
• Assist with music release rollouts from ingestion to promo and marketing.
• Maintain good communication between all parties to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Support executive as needed, including data entry and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional computer, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be proactive, responsible, and sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• Laptop
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Smart URL, and Adobe Photoshop
Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 11am to 7:00pm (Summer Friday Hours 10am to 4pm)
Salary: non-paid; school credit possible.
Part Time: Flexible schedule available for the right candidate
