The Role:
This internship is designed to offer students a hands-on learning experience in developing the digital profiles and audiences for artists and influencers of all kinds. As an intern, you will learn about various aspects of the creative process.
Areas you will be learning about:
• Artist Profile Management - you'll help our team with client management, reporting, and timelines.
• Creative Strategy - Diving into the lives of the consumer and their cultures to determine how we can connect with them on a deeper level to achieve artist objectives in new and innovative ways. You'll help our strategy team in both research and conception.
• How to tell an Artist's story, in a way that makes a real impact on our audience. You'll help to craft full campaigns that cross print, film, social, and experiential.
• Event Production. You'll learn how to bring an idea to life - helping our production team with planning, execution, and management of experiential events.
• Content/Film Production. You'll learn the ins and outs of both photo and film shoots, helping with the planning and execution.
• Digital Influencers - You'll learn the ins and outs of the social media influencer market by working directly with our influencers on branding opportunities, management projects, and growth.
Qualifications:
• Passionate about culture - music, fashion, gaming, etc.
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at an accredited college or university
• Must be able to receive academic credit from their college or university for duration of internship
• Pursuing a degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field is preferred
• Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction from superiors and constructive criticism from other team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and superior communication skills.
• Reliable transportation
• Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks
• This internship is for college credit only. It is a non-paid internship with flexible hours (minimum 20 per week) to reflect the need of your college credit requirements.
Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
