Looking for interns to start immediately (or as soon as you can), working 2-3 days IN-PERSON at our office in Century City. This is a 3 month-long commitment. We are an actor Talent Management company that has been meaning to get into producing. Our big break has come thanks to a high profile film financier. We have been contracted to market an IP for a book (which will be turned into a movie that we will be producing). Our job is to prove our capabilities in marketing the book to the financiers so that we are guaranteed a spot in producing the feature film. Marketing entails social media, strategy, SEO, graphic design, and more. We have access to a bevy of user friendly programs like Canva that will make this accessible to you during this internship.
The candidate must have excellent organization skills, be good on the phone, a ''Can do!'' attitude, great with social media (X, Instagram, TikTok), and excel at multitasking.
As this is a comprehensive internship program, applicants must be very dependable, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. We are seeking a fast learner who really wants to learn what it takes to work in the business of entertainment. Basic computer skills required; must be comfortable working on Mac computers.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is in university. School credit is offered if needed. You will get your foot in the door of the entertainment industry, getting valuable hands-on experience, and make many connections. You'll have great interactions with agents, casting directors, producers, talent, publicists and dozens of other industry professionals. There will be opportunities to go to talent showcases, screenings, and more.
The focus on this internship will be working closely with the CEO in spearheading our entry into producing. However, you will inevitably wear many hats and learn much from successful entertainment professionals. You'll also learn everything that goes into building a successful acting career. Many clients are series regulars and/or leads in feature length films from companies like Disney and Sony. You will get a window into the life of successful actors and the team behind them who make their career possible. Great for aspiring actors, agents, producers, casting directors, and of course, talent managers.
