Intern - Pre Oscars gift lounge production

Looking for two production interns to work on The Oscars gift suite this spring in Los Angeles (will work virtually till the event)
Need very discreet and reliable people. Experience in the industry a plus but not a must!
good knowledge of recent movies

We produce gift rooms for the celebrities, nominees during the different award shows .

Job will be:
Preproduction (stay at home job)
-help producer to book companies which are going to gift stars days of event
-coordinate with producer all materials related to event
-assist producer in inviting celebrities and press
-assisting producer in designing event.

Production if event happens : Assist in set up of event, will escort celebrities (with socially distancing)
If the event does not physically happen, we will still gift a gift bag to nominees
The event will be outside

Job will start March 8th
interviews via Skype or Facetime or Zoom week of March 1st
Suite's dates are April 21-22-23
