We are a boutique entertainment PR firm with an established client list ranging from independent actors to Oscar nominees. We are seeking an intern for 2-3 days a week with a PASSION and INTEREST in entertainment. Must have great multi-tasking ability, follow-through skills and be a self-starter. Prior entertainment or PR experience a plus but not required. Opportunities for growth.

DUTIES:
*answering phones
*maintaining databases
*creating/sending memorandums
*pitching our clients for interviews with magazines, television shows, radio shows, online media, events, and more.
*preparing and updating press kits and bios
*maintaining client schedules
*opportunity to work some events, photo shoots or carpets
REQUIREMENTS:
*strong communication skills (written and verbal)
*strong people skills
*reliable, motivated, organized and punctual
*reliable transportation
*ability to pay close attention to detail
*ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
*proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Mac computers
*photoshop (not required, but a plus)
*Must be available 2-3 days a week
*Must be able to start IMMEDIATELY
