A small boutique entertainment law firm is seeking a business and legal affairs intern. You will mainly be under the guidance of one attorney. While there will be some administration work needed, there will be actual work that should benefit your career and increase your knowledge base. It is a part time, unpaid internship. All work can be done remotely. There will be occasional Zoom calls to provide instruction and answer questions. The main focus will be production legal aspects for motion pictures as well as finance legal for the same projects. The individual will preferably be a 2L or 3L law student but will consider MBA candidates and finance majors. Also, you must be self-motivated and someone who has the ability to finish tasks on time and independently. If you have experience in the entertainment industry, that's always a plus. Must be proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel. Power Point skills are always helpful. Please send a cover letter with your resume.
